The Draft Basic Assessment Report was released for public comment, and comments were submitted by Green Connection and Natural Justice on 31 May 2023. Environmental Authorisation approved 16 November 2023 and the appeal deadline is 13 December 2023. EIA application version 2 now been granted on 14 November 2023, but Triplo4 consultants only notified the public on 24 November 2023. The appeal deadline is on 14 December 2023.
