Using the World Summit on Sustainable Development and the Millennium Development Goals (MDG’s) as conceptual organisers, the course examines government environmental policy, as well as the intersection between business, environmental NGOs, and communities in developing sustainable partnerships to deal with environmental issues and challenges in South Africa.
